NOTE : We do not answer the phone while we are grooming, so please leave a message and we will return your call  at our earliest convenience. Text-messaging is preferred. 

 

We do book in advance, especially on weekends so please book accordingly.

 

Please fill out the NEW CLIENT APPLICATION before calling us. We cannot book any  appointments without it! Thank you and we are looking forward to adding your furbaby to our grooming family!

We value your business and time and kindly ask that you respect ours. Due to our salon being in high demand and that we also do NOT use any cages or cage dryers we will now be requiring a card on file when booking a private grooming appointment for your pet. This card will not be charged when you come to your scheduled appointment however in the unfortunate event you no call and no show or cancel within 24 hours we require a $25 cancellation fee is nonrefundable. This fee must be paid before we can book your pet another cage free express grooming appointment.

Please also make sure to pick up within 30 mins after we call you to avoid a $25 daycare fee because we do not use any cages or kennels.
